Therefore the leathers, horn based materials and hand made metal products may have some natural marks. This in no way affects the quality of the product and merely adds to the appearance.

Payment for goods must be received in full before they are dispatched. If paying by personal cheque, then please email your order to sales@manorhouseonline.com and we will confirm where to send cheques - please note goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. Goods will be dispatched within 3-4 days and should be delivered within 4-7 days in the UK and 10 days for overseas deliveries. Please note that these are estimated shipping times and in some cases may be a little longer due to local postal services.
We offer a 100% returns policy and goods should be returned within 14 days and be in original packaging and suitable for resale unless they are being returned due to damage or faulty workmanship. Please let us know by email of any returns prior to sending goods back and the reason for the return. We do not refund any shipping charges for goods being returned.
