All items will be sent out once payment has been received and cleared. Payment in most cases is instant but sometimes can take up to three working days to clear depending on the method of payment. No items will be sent out prior to payment unless agreed beforehand.
Our products are designed to last many years, however we offer a one-year warranty on all of our products. Our leather products are manufactured using raw materials therefore they should be treated often to keep the leather healthy and long-lasting. Neglect of this can lead to damage to the product which may invalidate your warranty.
Our terms for delivery are very simple, we offer a 48 hour service for all UK items. This can vary depending on the time of the year with Christmas being the busiest period resulting in delivery times extending to 3-4 days for UK parcels. All parcels leaving the UK over 2KG will be sent using a tracked & signed for delivery via Parcelforce. All items under 2KG leaving the UK will be sent Royal Mail Standard post, however if the value is above £35 then the item will require a signature upon delivery. International parcels usually take up to 12 working days but can take up to 21 working days to arrive depending on the time of the year, if your parcel has not arrived in this time frame then the item can be declared as lost and we will then proceed to claim from the postal services and arrange a replacement or refund for the buyer depending on stock levels.
If the customer has changed their mind once opening the parcel then the customer is liable for any return costs. If the item has been delivered damaged or the wrong item has been delivered please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the error as quickly as possible.
For all items which have been stamped with personalised initials we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty upon delivery.
If the customer would like to cancel the order please contact us via phone as soon as possible. However if the item has already been shipped then the customer is liable for the return cost of the item and any further import/return costs outstanding.
All parcels sent out of the UK may be subject to import/customs charges. These are rules & regulations set out by the buyers’ country laws therefore any import charges must be paid for by the customer.
