Gun slips
We have a range of high quality gun slips, in leather and leather/canvas, with different linings available including lamb’s wool, sheep’s wool and fleece.
John Shooter gun slips are designed for up and under or side to side shotguns. They are made from thick padded quality leather and fully lined to add extra protection.
Our Nubuck & Oil Pull Up leathers are either aniline or semi-aniline, these are the most natural looking leathers available. We use the toughest bridle leather straps. All our leatherwork is traditionally tanned using techniques passed down through generations. They are stitched using nylon threads and finished using traditional methods.
Riding Crop
We have a range of braided leather hunting riding crops, available with either silver handles or horn handles Our hunting riding crops are constructed using a light weight specially developed polymer that is over braided with tough bridle leather.
Thongs are bridle leather and the hook is either made from buffalo horn or silver plated steel. Our riding crops are perfect for use in the field in opening and shutting gates without dismounting and ideal for working hounds.
